CONSIGNMENT POLICY
Twice Found requires consignment BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and asks you to only bring your finest women’s apparel, footwear, belts & scarves, bags, wristlets, wallets & jewelry. We will return any items we can not accept at the time of consignment, OR items may be dropped off for future review, but then anything we do not accept will be donated to local charities.
IMPORTANT: we ONLY accept items that are READY TO BE SOLD, as listed below:
FRESHLY LAUNDERED, ON HANGERS, NO WRINKLES, IN SEASON & CURRENT 2-3 YEARS NO STAINS (INCLUDING UNDERARM DEODORANT), TEARS, PULLS, PILLS, MISSING BUTTONS * NO UNPLEASANT ODORS IE. SMOKE, MILDEW, MUSTY, MOTH BALLS
Consigners receive a 40% commission on consigned items after they are sold
(for High-end/very popular brand items we offer consignment at 50%)
It is the consignor’s responsibility to contact Twice Found for their account balance. Checks for sold items are issued by request after THE END OF THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD, as long as the consignor’s account balance has reached $40. If the account balance is under $40, consignors may use their account credit towards purchases in the store, and that balance may be used as soon as it is available to Ist 31st

SPRING/SUMMER CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: March 1st- AUGUST 31st
FALL/WINTER CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: SEPTEMBER 1st – JANUARY 31st
Twice Found reserves the right to discount ANY consigned inventory at any time during the consignment period, specifically during peak times such as holidays & First Fridays, and during designated store sales.
IMPORTANT – Consignors MUST contact Twice Found & give at least 48 HOURS’ notice to collect unsold items WITHIN 7 DAYS of the end of the consignment period or their items WILL become the property of Twice Found & subject to our sale or donation – we WILL NOT return them to you – NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If a consignor does want their unsold items back at the end of the consignment period, there will be a $.50/item return charge which will be deducted from their account balance. ANY higher-end items priced at $49 or more are the exception & will be returned at no cost to the consignor.
